




We are looking for a **Staff Recruiter** to join our team and be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and selecting the best talent for the company. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication skills, capable of managing recruitment processes for operational and administrative positions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Post job advertisements on various platforms and social media. * Screen and review resumes according to required profiles. * Conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews. * Coordinate assessments and technical tests with requesting departments. * Track candidates and prepare recruitment reports. * Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires. **Requirements:** * Graduate or degree holder in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment (experience in operational staff selection is preferred). * Proficiency in digital tools and job platforms. * Strong writing skills, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset.
