Job Description: **We are currently looking for a GPS Monitoring Assistant.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor vehicle movements via GPS from departure to return to the warehouse. * Record arrival times at each customer and completion times for each delivery. * Detect and report deviations, delays, or failed deliveries. * Prepare daily incident reports, including causes, times, and actions taken. * Coordinate with the supervisor in case of unexpected situations. * Use computer tools for data recording and tracking. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university education in administration, logistics, systems, or related fields (desirable but not mandatory). * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and/or web-based tracking applications. * Analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. * Previous experience in route monitoring or logistics (desirable). * Immediate availability.
