A company specialized in generating profitability for businesses across various sectors is looking for a **BI ANALYST**: **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Analyze, document, and optimize clients' operational, commercial, accounting, and administrative processes to improve their profitability and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with the management indicators defined by the company. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate of Industrial Engineering. * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience in process mapping, analysis, and improvement. * Knowledge of **process diagramming (Bizagi, Visio, Draw.io or similar tools)**. * Knowledge of **management indicators (KPIs)** and dashboard creation. * Desired: familiarity with **continuous improvement methodologies** (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar). * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Power BI for data structuring and presentation. * Desired: advanced Excel (macros, VBA) and Python for data analysis. * Experience in **presenting and justifying results**, including reports and management indicators. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * **Work mode:** 80% on-site. Assessments are conducted at client facilities. Remote work applies to project development and progress when office attendance is not possible. **On-site attendance on Saturdays is mandatory.** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (flexible availability 24/7, with possibility of handling requests outside regular working hours as required by projects). * **Contract:** Initially, service invoice for the first 6 months; starting month 7, transition to MYPE payroll. * Additional benefits: **Opportunity for accelerated growth.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Map and document processes across different business areas (operations, finance, logistics, sales, among others). * Create **flowcharts, SOPs, and process maps** based on interviews and direct observation. * Identify **inefficiencies, duplications, and bottlenecks** in operational flows. * Propose **structural or control improvements** aimed at optimizing time, costs, and outcomes. * Participate in designing **management indicators (KPIs)** and control dashboards together with the profitability team. * Analyze data and metrics to support diagnostic findings. * Prepare and present executive reports with results, conclusions, and improvement proposals. * Coordinate with client internal departments to validate information and ensure implementation of approved changes. * Ensure accurate documentation of processes using standardized and updated formats.
