Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** **Mission:** Manage the processes and activities of the Unit, applying continuous improvement and ensuring optimal relationships and process flows between different areas of the Bank. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper identification of process improvement opportunities, considering an integrated approach and customer-centric vision, as well as group design principles, aiming for robust, scalable processes that deliver the best experience for internal and/or external customers * Manage the progress of initiatives developed under the Lean-Agile methodology within the assigned team, ensuring achievement of objectives and scheduled deadlines * Provide advisory and support to the Bank’s Process Specialists to develop improvement opportunities using an integrated and customer-centric approach, along with the group's design principles * Coordinate and keep internal clients informed about the progress of projects/initiatives led by the BPE team, promptly alerting them to risks or blockers, facilitating the achievement of established objectives * Train specialists in their area on topics related to process management * Ensure As Is and/or To Be process modeling in the ARIS tool according to corporate modeling guidelines and considering the group's design principles in the projects they participate in * Perform other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor **Requirements:** * MBA and/or Master's in Digitalization, Project Management * At least 10 years of project management experience in banking * Knowledge of project management, agile methodologies, and retail banking * Tools: Project Management Certification, Agile, IA, SQL * Python: Desirable * English: Intermediate level * Soft skills: Strategic vision, leadership, communication at all levels, strong commitment, innovation, proactiveness, attention to detail, and results orientation **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to achieve a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
