





We are looking for a professional with experience for a key position in the Human Talent Management area. The selected candidate will be responsible for comprehensive payroll management and personnel administration, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation and internal standards. Location: Lima – In-person mode Key Responsibilities: * Attendance control and preparation of work schedules (tareos). * Calculation of benefits, overtime, medical leaves, and others. * Preparation of payroll, provisions, journal entries, and reports (PLAME, T-Registro, AFPnet). * Registration of hires, terminations, contracts, and employee file management. * Induction of new employees on administrative and payroll matters. * Coordination with HR and Finance. Required Profile: * Technical degree or Bachelor's studies in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Proficiency in payroll and attendance control systems. * Basic accounting skills and communication abilities are desirable. * Advanced Excel skills.
