We handle secure and innovative processes by applying **agile methodologies** in project development for the most important clients in the Utility, Banking & Finance, and Retail sectors of Peru, supporting them throughout their **Digital Transformation** process. ***Experience our E Fiber Culture!*** **We are looking for passionate talents to:** Be responsible for creating artworks, digital files, and imposition layouts according to client requests specified in work orders, ensuring product quality. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Provide service and advise the client according to production requirements. * Build and maintain a service relationship with internal and external clients. * Identify opportunities to add value to our service for internal and external clients. * Identify client needs through accurate reading of emails, artwork requests, routing sheets, and/or production orders. * Maintain control records for non-conforming materials and work orders. * Act as a liaison between the client and the company’s production department. * Use job specifications and parameters provided by the client via emails, artwork requests, routing sheets, and/or production orders to define appropriate production procedures and processes. * Document and compile only the necessary information about the job (production order, emails, routing sheet, prepress workflow, artwork requests, color proofs, job observations, etc.). * Provide technical feedback to the client after evaluating the work project. * Document changes requested by the client and communicate the impact on the final product. * Advise the client on the most suitable alternative production techniques for creating their product. * Verify specifications included in the work order, routing sheet, and emails (technical specifications). * Evaluate production according to specifications approved by the Client. * Create artwork, impositions, and digital files according to client requirements, using various software programs, workflows, and security software (Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, and other security programs as required). * Manage digital files and analog materials provided by the client. * Perform preliminary review of materials delivered by the client. * Capture and convert analog originals into digital format according to layout. * Edit images to meet the client's technical specifications. * Arrange page elements according to layout. * Process files to detect and correct errors based on the original. **What we need from you / What we look for in your profile?** · Preferably completed or partially completed technical studies in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related fields. · Minimum of 02 years of experience as a Prepress Operator (CTP / Design) or similar roles. · Knowledge in digital printing. · Knowledge of Prinergy Evo workflow, Flexography. · Availability for rotating shifts. **And soft skills?** · Teamwork · Effective communication · Customer focus and goal achievement orientation **What benefits will you receive?** * Benefits as per labor law. * Pleasant working environment. * Formal employment from the first day of work. * Meal subsidy percentage at the company cafeteria. * Celebrations for holidays (according to calendar). * Profit sharing (Gratifications). ***JOIN our great team!*** "Discrimination is prohibited at this company in accordance with Law No. 29973 (General Law for Persons with Disabilities) and Law No. 30709 (Equal Pay Law)."
