Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Determined / Eventual Period Contract (Fixed Term) **What are we looking for?** Main Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate a sales advisory team focused on deploying POS devices and QR codes (PLIN). Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Monitor sales advisors' performance through key indicators such as calls made, acquisition of new customers, area coverage, activation of delivered equipment, and captured QR codes. * Collaborate closely with branch offices to refer new customers requiring account openings. * Implement effective strategies to increase sales volume for assigned products, continuously evaluating processes to improve efficiency and market coverage. * Provide ongoing training to the sales team on sales techniques, handling objections, and in-depth knowledge of financial products; provide detailed follow-up for new executives and those in lower quartiles. * Ensure the team adheres to quality standards in every telephone interaction and/or face-to-face customer contact, prioritizing customer satisfaction and compliance with bank policies. * Present detailed reports to the Sales Deputy Manager on team performance, proposing action plans based on performance analysis.
