Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Determined / Eventual Period Contract (Fixed Term) **What are we looking for?** Main Responsibilities: * Maintain complete staffing of promoters * Ensure necessary tools are available for Vehicle Executives to properly carry out commercial activities * Communicate period objectives and ensure the entire team is aware of them * Develop strategies and communicate results to teams in a timely manner * Coordinate special monthly campaigns * Assign Executives to work on various assigned databases * Monitor approved files to increase effectiveness across assigned lots and divisions * Track each submitted file, identifying the current status of the transaction until disbursement * Ensure the team properly assesses clients and reviews their financial behavior over time, identifying delays, losses, charge-offs, and any other relevant indicators affecting sales * Understand the market situation and business potential across different aspects impacting sales * Accompany field staff under their supervision * Train and maintain team motivation * Communicate promptly with the entire team * Ensure complete file submission and attached documentation Requirements: * Completed or ongoing technical or university education. * Experience in the position within the banking sector and/or dealerships. * One year of experience managing teams * Intermediate Office skills (essential) * Knowledge of Locker Studio and Power BI (desirable) * Availability to travel to: Cusco, Juliaca, Tacna, and the northern region of the country. * Competencies: Results orientation, communication, commitment, and leadership. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to achieve a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
