Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** **Responsibilities:** 1 Participate in Project Refinement: Support the SM, Tech Leader, and Product Owners in defining project scope; Estimate effort required for MVP delivery according to guidelines defined by SDA and CEA; Facilitate project refinement meetings. 2 Participate in Project Onboarding: Identify dependencies that may arise at the beginning of the project; Receive handover of project scope completed during refinement; Participate in planning activities for the quarter; Define and document commitments for each MVP to be developed during the quarter. 3 Develop Projects: Create required functional and technical documentation for project development; Build software components according to standards set by the Factory and defined bank standards; Prepare, execute, and document test cases according to functional and technical project requirements; Provide support for production deployment of developed components. 4 Provide post-production support for deployed developments: Ensure correct end-to-end operation of implemented solutions; Coordinate the handover plan of implemented solutions to the Reliability team. 5 Share knowledge acquired during project development: Participate in Practice Communities; Engage in training and knowledge-sharing programs implemented within the bank; Create manuals or guides for implemented solutions to share with other teams. 6 Apply guidelines defined by the Digital Factory: Develop projects under standards and guidelines ensuring high-quality deliverables; Synchronize with the Tech Leader and project leader to align developments with application evolution strategies; Coordinate with the Reliability team to maintain stable solutions free of technical debt. 7 Comply with the agile framework in project development: Participate in ceremonies defined within the agile archetype assigned to the project; Implement agile practices and artifacts in project development; Promote agile principles and values within the team. 8 Provide technical advisory and support to the team: Advise team members on technical constraints affecting project development; Provide guidance on new technologies or solutions previously implemented in other projects. 9 Manage the work team: Promote BBVA's principles and values within the team; Identify key project activities and coordinate their execution with the team; Facilitate cross-team communication. 10 Continuously train teams: Participate in Tech U and Ninja programs; Take part in knowledge transfer sessions; Participate in Synchro ceremonies with Solution Development teams requiring expertise from Reliability teams. **Requirements:** 1\. Professionals graduated from Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields. 2\. 2 years of experience in software development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). 3\. Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), participation in agile ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, stand-ups). 4\. Familiarity with agile tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.). 5\. Ability to plan and manage projects, estimate efforts for MVPs, and coordinate development activities. 6\. Ability to identify project dependencies at initiation and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders. 7\.
