Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Trafficker to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, ensuring the generation of high-quality leads. Key Highlights: 1. Daily planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Meta and Google. 2. Budget, CPL, CPA, and conversion monitoring with real-time adjustments. 3. Digital reputation management and continuous improvement of advertising performance. We seek a results-driven digital trafficker with proven experience in high-quality lead generation campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. Courses or certifications in paid media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or digital trafficking. Minimum 2 years of experience in high-quality lead generation campaigns, preferably in the real estate sector. Proficiency in digital metrics, optimization, and analytics. Experience with Looker Studio. Teamwork capability. Full-time in-person availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Meta and Google. Audience creation, segmentation, and A/B testing. Budget, CPL, CPA, and conversion monitoring. Identification of budget leakage and real-time adjustments. Funnel and form configuration. Weekly reporting in Looker Studio. Coordination with the sales department to improve lead quality. Digital reputation management (Google Business Profile). Ongoing performance monitoring and continuous improvement of advertising campaigns. BENEFITS Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits.
