Training aligned with job responsibilities **Accounting Assistant** At Svaasthy Real Estate, we are looking for a responsible, organized, and committed Accounting Assistant to support the company’s accounting, tax, and financial processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction recording. Key Responsibilities: **⁠ ⁠Record purchase, sales, bank, and other accounting vouchers.** **⁠ ⁠Support the analysis and reconciliation of accounting and bank accounts.** **⁠ ⁠Prepare accruals and manage accounts payable and receivable.** **⁠ ⁠Support the preparation of tax returns and compliance with fiscal obligations.** **⁠ ⁠Manage filing and control of accounting and tax documentation.** **⁠ ⁠Provide support for monthly accounting closings and preparation of financial reports.** **⁠ ⁠Perform the accounting closing.** **⁠ ⁠Support continuous improvement of accounting and administrative processes.** **⁠ ⁠Other duties related to the position as assigned by the direct supervisor.** Requirements: **⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.** **⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant or in similar roles.** **⁠ ⁠Experience in real estate and/or construction companies (mandatory).** **⁠ ⁠Knowledge of tax regulations, accounting records, and bank reconciliations.** **⁠ ⁠Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory).** **⁠ ⁠Experience with ERP accounting systems (preferred).** **⁠ ⁠Experience with the CONCAR accounting system (preferred).** **⁠ ⁠Knowledge of IFRS and NIC.** **⁠ ⁠Organized, analytical, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills.** We Offer: **⁠ ⁠Positive work environment.** **⁠ ⁠Growth opportunity.** **⁠ ⁠Market-competitive compensation.** **⁠ ⁠Training aligned with job responsibilities.** Salary: Please indicate your salary expectations.
