Supervise and correct students' technique. Motivate and provide follow-up support to clients. Ensure safety and proper use of equipment. Maintain a dynamic and positive environment in every class. **Requirements:** ✔ Experience in functional training and/or CrossFit. ✔ Knowledge of technique, mobility, and physical conditioning. ✔ Ability to work effectively with groups. ✔ Punctuality, responsibility, and strong communication skills. ✔ Relevant certifications (preferred).
