Will you join the journey? ### **About Your Team** You’ll be part of **Cabify Logistics**, the division responsible for managing our parcel and freight delivery service, with a strong focus on providing last-mile solutions to leading market enterprises. We’re an experienced, professional, and energetic team operating with a glocal mindset to plan, supervise, and optimize both scheduled and real-time operations. Your role will have a direct impact on operational efficiency in Peru and on fulfilling the delivery commitments we make to every customer—balancing technology with human empathy. ### **Role Mission** The person in this position will be responsible for supporting and ensuring excellence in real-time service delivery, efficiently managing driver fleets, mitigating day-to-day operational incidents, and guaranteeing compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each commercial account in the Peruvian market. ### **️ How Will You Help Us Fulfill Our Mission?** * Maintain service levels within SLA requirements for each corporate client. * Efficiently manage driver fleets per operation and promptly address incidents arising during the workday. * Identify delivery process deviations to proactively implement corrective actions. * Coordinate seamless communication among dispatch, driver fleet, and final delivery recipients. * Monitor adherence to established protocols across the assigned driver fleet. * Conduct thorough monitoring of delays to ensure on-time delivery. * Identify improvement opportunities that generate measurable, positive impacts on service quality. * Accurately record all interactions and activities conducted during the workday, following established processes. ### **What We’re Looking For** * Alignment with and identification with our core values and corporate culture. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in operations roles, ideally within technology companies, food delivery apps, or last-mile logistics firms. * Minimum 1 year’s experience in customer-facing environments such as call centers or back-office roles, handling complaints and customer retention. * Proactive, solution-oriented, autonomous profile with strong results-orientation in dynamic environments. * Proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and Tableau (highly desirable). ### **Why Cabify Is Your Best Choice** We’re a team full of happy, motivated people.
