At Auna, we operate with an integrated healthcare model centered on people, the most important pillar of our mission. **Job Mission:** Ensure continuous improvement and quality of healthcare processes and projects, promoting efficiency, safety, and patient satisfaction **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage necessary processes for the Quality Management System. * Develop and supervise required presentations for the quality committee. * Generate strategies ensuring the dissemination of a quality culture across all positions at AUNA Laboratory. * Monitor certification and accreditation activity matrices for the Laboratory in coordination with the corporate quality department. * Ensure validity and timely updates of documents related to the Laboratory's QMS. * Carry out and supervise the inspection schedule for Laboratory branches nationwide. * Supervise timely reporting on public platforms NETLAB V2 and SISCOVID. * Monitor and update activities within the Laboratory's project portfolio. * Follow up on activities coordinated with the projects department. * Extract and present SLA reports for Clinical Laboratory and Pathological Anatomy services. **Requirements:** Professional degree in Engineering, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in quality and/or projects within the healthcare sector. Specialization and/or courses in Project Management. Experience in projects and/or implementations in the healthcare sector.
