Job description: At MS details, a specialized automotive detailing center, we are looking for a proactive sales advisor with a commercial attitude to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to promote and sell detailing products and services, provide in-person and online customer service, and conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: \- Advise customers on cleaning, polishing, and automotive protection products and services. \- Prepare quotes and close sales. \- Maintain organization and presentation of the sales area. \- Meet monthly sales targets. \- Provide friendly and personalized service. Requirements: \- Experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the automotive sector). \- Good communication skills, positive attitude, and passion for cars. \- Availability to work in person in SMP. \- Basic knowledge of social media or WhatsApp Business (desirable).
