At RR.HH Cambridge we are looking for a Selection Assistant – Mining Sector **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes, preferably large-scale. * Experience in the mining, construction, or industrial sector (desirable) **Responsibilities:** * Support profile development in coordination with mining operations areas and supervisors. * Post job openings on specialized recruitment sources, local communities, and agreements with technical institutes. * Perform resume screening and promptly contact candidates effectively. * Coordinate group interviews, mass dynamics, and assessment centers in influence zones. * Assist in the administration of psychometric and technical tests related to mining profiles. * Provide logistical support at job fairs, community recruitment campaigns, and large events. * Prepare progress and coverage reports for large-scale processes. * Maintain communication with candidates ensuring a positive experience aligned with mining safety culture.
