We wish you great success throughout this process! **Senior Manager, Agile Delivery Governance** **Purpose:** Contribute to the success of the area by leading the team under their responsibility and ensuring cross-functional support to the End-to-End (E2E) Management of Transformation and Technology Projects locally, both traditional and agile, while channeling visibility and coordination with IBTT and Finance teams in IB, guaranteeing adherence to the methodological framework, as well as implementing and controlling tools and software that enable compliance with baselines (schedule, scope, budget, and quality). Additionally, lead the design and execution of Change Management and Communication plans for the VP. All of this aligned with strategic pillars, ensuring business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed or fulfilled in accordance with current internal rules, policies, and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Lead cross-functional monitoring of E2E Management of traditional and agile Transformation and Technology Projects, tracking and communicating overall health, including risks and action plans, across all Project Portfolios at all levels, aiming to ensure comprehensive compliance with baselines (schedule, scope, budget, and quality), participating in risk/problem/change management, thus contributing to timely decision-making by Business Areas, aligned with strategic pillars. * Lead planning and execution of design and development across all teams in digital channels, digital products, and digital assets. * Responsible for orchestrating the work of multiple teams to build and bring all digital banking products and services to market within scope, time, budget, and meeting the highest quality standards. * Ensure operational continuity of Digital Banking by maintaining required operational and quality standards across different teams, and leading the definition, tracking, and compliance of work cadence for each release, including conducting Program Increment (PI) Planning. * Lead the creation, implementation, training, support, and supervision of compliance with defined methodologies for E2E Management of Transformation and Technology Projects, as part of the cultural and methodological transformation towards an organization structured around tribes/portfolios, ensuring a structured work framework that enables teams to meet strategic business objectives and respond effectively to organizational changes. * Lead the coordination and definition of the Digital Banking Operating Model, continuously evaluate the Operational Capacity Plan, and define strategies to ensure efficiency and quality in the development and delivery of functionalities and newly launched products. * Define and lead the Operating Model for traditional and agile Project Management. * Lead the implementation of technological tool(s) for E2E Management of Transformation and Technology Projects, including training, maintenance, support, and satisfaction measurement of such technological tool(s); ensuring regional visibility and seeking to optimize operations, improve productivity, and support strategic objectives. * Ensure consolidation, tracking, and analysis of KPIs for E2E Management of all traditional and agile Project Portfolios, such as volume of initiatives, schedule, project stages, budget, change controls, artifacts, capacity management, among others, providing comprehensive, accurate, timely, and reliable information on Project Portfolios. As well as identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in Project Management. * Ensure planning, coordination, and supervision of Change Management in Technology, guaranteeing that transformations—whether in systems, processes, organizational structure, or corporate culture—are implemented and adopted effectively, aiming to minimize resistance and maximize organizational benefits, promoting an "agile mindset." * Lead the Communication Process for E2E Management of Technology and Transformation Projects, providing visibility of local projects to IB teams as needed. * Act as liaison between Finance, Technology, and Transformation teams locally, ensuring delivery of information for forums such as RAC and other local and regional committees. * Centralize and manage comprehensive information requests from all local Technology and Transformation Project Portfolios for IBTT and IB Finance. * Lead forums that ensure Validation and Prioritization of Initiatives. * Lead forums that ensure Validation and Prioritization of Initiatives. * Establish and lead various communication forums to ensure proper dissemination of comprehensive project information to Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Principal Managers (Project User Leaders and Stakeholders) to facilitate timely actions and ensure achievement of project objectives. * Lead and foster a customer-centric culture across their entire team to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank’s broad relationships, systems, and knowledge. * Responsible for developing capabilities/skills within the team they lead, guiding them in fulfilling their duties and advancing professionally. * Understands the Bank's risk culture and risk appetite in daily activities and decisions. * Creates an environment where their team performs effective and efficient operations in their respective areas, while ensuring adequacy, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at reducing operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk, including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines. * Promotes a high-performance environment and implements a workforce strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates their team, achieving this by fostering an inclusive workplace, communicating vision, values, and business strategy, and managing a succession and development plan for the team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields * Advanced level of English * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) * 6+ years of experience managing projects or teams in the software lifecycle and software delivery * Specific knowledge (job-related): Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools / Knowledge of Project Management tools * Computer skills: Power BI (advanced level) / World-class Project Management tools such as Clarity, Jira (advanced level) / Outlook (advanced level) / MS Office, especially Excel (advanced level) / Visio (advanced level) / Project (advanced level) / SharePoint (advanced level) * Competencies: Leadership / Strategic thinking / Customer focus / Results orientation / Teamwork / Sense of urgency / Effective communication / Analytical ability / Problem-solving * Certifications (PMP / CAMP / PMI-ACP / PMI-RMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.) are desirable.
