




ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and implement talent development programs (interpersonal skills, leadership, mentoring, among others). * Monitor and promote adherence to the organizational cultural values and behaviors. * Manage employee engagement surveys and derived action plans. * Support the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. * Supervise onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for employees. * Coordinate internal cultural communication campaigns and corporate events. * Support the measurement of KPIs related to culture and talent (engagement, turnover, internal NPS). * Assist leaders in change management and cultural transformation. * Lead, design, and prioritize individual development plans (IDPs) in coordination with area leaders. * Design and manage the company's employee experience proposition from入职 to exit. * Perform other duties as required by the Human Resources department. * Comply with directives, plans, procedures, guidelines, legal requirements, and other commitments adopted by the Company regarding Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE). * Actively participate in any QHSE-related activities required as part of assigned tasks, and generally in any other initiatives implemented by the Company to improve QHSE performance. * Promote compliance with QHSE standards and guidelines in the workplace, including contractors, suppliers, and customers involved in work activities.
