**JOB DESCRIPTION:** We are seeking a highly strategic and forward-thinking **Technology and Innovation Manager**, responsible for leading digital transformation, adoption of new technologies, and management of innovation projects within the organization. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, implementing technology solutions aligned with business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creativity. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and execute the company's **technology and innovation strategy**, aligned with corporate goals. * Lead **digital transformation** projects, process automation, and adoption of new technologies (AI, cloud, analytics, etc.). * Identify innovation opportunities that generate **operational efficiency and new value streams** for the business. * Manage the technology and innovation department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. * Oversee **information security** and compliance with technological governance policies. * Evaluate and manage relationships with **technology vendors and startups**. * Present strategic reports and performance metrics to the Board or General Management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * Desired specialization or master's degree in **Digital Transformation, Innovation, Technology Management**, or **MBA**. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience leading technology, innovation, or digital transformation areas. * Proven experience in **managing technology projects**, system integration, and leading technical teams. * Knowledge of digital transformation and agile methodologies (Scrum, Design Thinking, Lean Startup) (desirable). * Familiarity with emerging technologies: artificial intelligence, automation, cloud computing, big data, IoT (desirable).
