





An electric sector company is looking for an Administrative Assistant. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in administration, accounting, computer science, or related fields (mandatory) * Minimum of 2\-3 years of experience in similar positions (desirable) * Organized, proactive, responsible, and punctual (mandatory) * Must reside in areas near Lima's northern outskirts (mandatory) * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office software (desirable) * Experience in attending to and coordinating with suppliers, operational staff, among others (desirable). **Benefits:** * On-site work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm * Salary: 1,500 soles * Positive work environment **Responsibilities:** * Manage onboarding of new personnel: request SCTR, occupational medical exams, contract signing, among others. * Monitor and record attendance of operational staff. * Manage company resources: keep vehicle documents, corporate emails, antivirus, and office supplies up to date. * Manage resources for projects: purchase land and air tickets, book accommodations, rent offices and vehicles, portable restrooms, etc. * Procurement management: issue purchase orders, request invoices from suppliers, monthly settlement of purchases with the accounting department. * Review operational funds and petty cash of staff. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
