Functions: \- Personnel selection and recruitment \- Review of the Workers' Payroll under Legislative Decree No. 728 and REMYPE regulations. \- Control of weekly and biweekly timekeeping \- Supervision of each employee from hiring, ongoing employment, to termination \- Apply documentation regarding tardiness, absences, and serious infractions after coordination with the respective department, in accordance with current legal regulations, in order to prevent company liabilities. \- Develop and update procedures for personnel selection, induction, and training. \- Process registrations and deregistrations in T\-registro, payment slips, CTS, and other statutory benefits, including proper document archiving. \- Manage internal communication to keep all employees informed, motivated, and engaged. \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or licensed professional in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Industrial Engineering. \- Desired certification in Human Resources, Competency-Based Recruitment and Selection, Labor Legislation, or Occupational Safety and Health. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in metal-mechanical, construction, or similar industries. \- Advanced Excel skills are essential. \- Preferably proficient in Starsoft.
