




Our client, an important distributor of personal care products and cosmetics, has requested our HEADHUNTING/RECRUITMENT & SELECTION service to find a top-level professional for the following position: COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT - BRAND DEVELOPMENT HARD COMPETENCIES ACADEMIC: Technician or graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or similar fields. ADDITIONAL ACADEMIC: Preferably, though not exclusively, possessing diplomas or certificates in Brand Development, Branding, and/or Brand Management that demonstrate specialization in the required position. INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: Preferably coming from industries such as: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), general product distributors; however, other industries may also be considered provided the required experience is demonstrated. PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: Product Development or Marketing. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: No less than 1 year (including pre-graduate or professional internships). OTHER EXPECTED SKILLS: Knowledge of cost sheets Experience in FMCG or product distribution companies Experience assisting in product development Logistics coordination Experience gathering market information Experience preparing quotations and purchase orders Sales tracking Intermediate Office skills Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) Intermediate Power BI (data analysis and indicator visualization) Proficiency in any ERP system Desirable only: Microsoft Dynamic GP Canva or design software MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES Update product matrices and development timelines. Support in gathering market information and trends for portfolio planning. Manage sending design briefs to advertising and marketing agencies. Follow up on design requests and send them to suppliers (printing). Record costs and prices in templates and internal systems. Prepare documentation for quotations and purchase orders. Consolidate feedback from product testing. Assist in regulatory and technical documentation when required. Track sales and provide daily reports. COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate receipt of graphic files and validations with advertising and marketing agencies, external suppliers, and other internal departments. Coordinate delivery and receipt dates with Logistics and Purchasing. Coordinate technical adjustments regarding the product or its launch with responsible departments.
