At Moventi, we are looking for a **Human Talent Attraction Intern**, oriented toward recruitment and selection processes, with interest in developing within the Human Talent area. Requirements * Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection processes * Knowledge of interview techniques and resume screening * Proficiency in candidate search tools (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.) * Strong communication and organizational skills Responsibilities * Support internal clients in defining job profiles, identifying business needs * Manage recruitment and selection processes: posting vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and tracking candidates * Conduct active candidate sourcing across various channels * Ensure adherence to timelines in selection processes * Deliver an appropriate candidate and internal client experience * Maintain updated databases and generate departmental reports * Provide support during onboarding and initial follow-up of new hires * Participate in activities related to climate, culture, and employee engagement * Propose improvements to talent attraction processes Benefits * Market-competitive remuneration * Internship agreement * FOLA insurance * Hybrid work modality * Career development path Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in San Isidro, Lima
