**We are looking for a Collections Advisor at Grafton Latam!** For a renowned financial services and business management company. Profile requirements: Minimum of 6 months' experience managing delinquent or intermediate portfolios with overdue payments exceeding 1 year (essential). Completed secondary education (mandatory). Reside in Metropolitan Lima or Callao. Availability to work on-site in Cercado de Lima (Reference: Jiron Camana). Main responsibilities: Manage collections for delinquent or highly overdue accounts. Provide clear and accurate information about products. Secure payment commitments from customers during calls. Working hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM TO 6:00 PM, SATURDAY 9:00 AM TO 12:00 PM Monday to Saturday: On-site schedule in Cercado de Lima Benefits: Payroll inclusion from the first day of training, with all statutory benefits: (Profit-sharing, CTS, vacation, bonuses, family allowance, EsSalud).
