**ASSOCIATION FUND FOR RESEARCHERS AND EDITORS (AFINED)** We are a private law legal entity established under the civil association regime, non-profit, whose objectives are the development of research projects and bibliographic editions that contribute to the academic, technological, humanistic, scientific and artistic development of our country. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university studies in Sales, Marketing, Communication or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Office: Word and Excel. * Knowledge in educational marketing. * Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone sales, customer service or telemarketing, preferably in the publishing or education sector. * Skills in clear, persuasive, and customer-oriented communication. * Ability to manage databases and conduct customer follow-up. * Focus on achieving sales targets and customer retention. * No criminal or judicial records **FUNCTIONS** * Make calls to potential customers or prospects to promote editorial products. * Respond to inquiries from customers interested in products, promotions, or services offered by the publisher. * Establish long-term relationships with customers through after-sales follow-up and retention. * Identify new business opportunities, propose new products or services to existing customers. * Keep the customer and prospect database updated, recording relevant details from each call. * Work toward monthly or quarterly sales goals and promotional campaign fulfillment. * Prepare periodic reports on telemarketing activities. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. \- 5:15 p.m. One Saturday per month, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Location:** Cercado de Lima **Contract duration:** 03 months **Contract type:** Temporary Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
