**ASSOCIATION FUND FOR RESEARCHERS AND PUBLISHERS (AFINED)** We are a private law legal entity established under the civil association regime, non-profit, whose purpose is to develop research projects and bibliographic editions that contribute to the academic, technological, humanistic, scientific and artistic development of our country. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university studies in Sales, Marketing, Communication or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Office: Word and Excel. * Knowledge in educational marketing. * Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone sales, customer service or telemarketing, preferably in the publishing or education sector. * Clear, persuasive and customer-oriented communication skills. * Ability to manage databases and conduct customer follow-up. * Focus on achieving sales targets and customer retention. * No criminal or judicial records. **FUNCTIONS** * Make calls to potential customers or prospects to promote editorial products. * Handle inquiries from customers interested in products, promotions, or publishing services. * Establish long-term relationships with customers through post-sale follow-up and retention. * Identify new business opportunities, propose new products or services to existing customers. * Keep the customer and prospect database updated, recording relevant details from each call. * Work towards monthly or quarterly sales targets and promotional campaign objectives. * Prepare periodic reports on telemarketing activities. * Perform other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. \- 5:15 p.m. One Saturday per month, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **LOCATION:** Cercado de Lima **CONTRACT DURATION:** 02 months **CONTRACT TYPE:** Temporary Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
