Social Media Management** * Weekly and monthly content planning for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. * Creating, filming, and editing content (Reels, Stories, videos, trends). * Staying on top of daily activities: staff Stories, treatment cabins, promotions, behind-the-scenes footage. Proposing new ideas to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. * **???? PR & Influencers** * Ongoing contact with influencers and micro-influencers. * Coordinating collaborations, visits, product exchanges, and filming sessions. * Maintaining an influencer portfolio (preferred). Overseeing deliverables and ensuring results. * **???? Strategy & Marketing** * Proposing campaigns, activations, and creative concepts. * Analyzing competitors and beauty industry trends. * Supporting advertising campaigns, promotions, and product launches. * Coordinating with internal teams (photography, sales, design, etc.). Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Specialist, or PR professional. * Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, analytics metrics, and digital tools. * Ability to film and create content using a smartphone (mandatory). * Creativity, initiative, and assertive communication skills. Availability to attend filming sessions at our locations. * **?
