We are looking for a **Customer Service and Claims Assistant**! We are seeking a professional with a background in administration, industrial engineering, and/or related fields. **Requirements:** * Experience managing customer complaints and incidents * Customer service experience * Experience using Excel at an intermediate level and creating reports * Hybrid work model (3 to 4 days per week at offices in San Isidro) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the assigned employee's experience through on-site visits and/or remote follow-up. * Maintain and facilitate clear and timely communication between the assigned employee and the company, ensuring service alignment and quality. * Collect and record customer feedback regarding the service provided, identifying improvement opportunities. * Draft service minutes and reports according to the formats established by the client.
