**We are looking for a Requirements Analyst and Bilingual Developer (French–Spanish)**, capable of directly interacting with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and translating them into clear requirements to develop value propositions and custom software solutions. This role combines functional analysis and communication skills, serving as a bridge between clients and our development team. **Responsibilities:** * Meet with clients to identify their business needs and key processes. * Translate identified requirements into clear documentation (user stories, workflows, simple use cases). * Work closely with the sales team to size software proposals aligned with client needs. * Participate in presentations and demonstrations of proposals to clients. * Actively participate in the development and implementation of solutions. * Maintain constant and clear communication with clients to ensure that proposed solutions meet their actual needs. * Customize certain software tools according to requirements. **Requirements:** * **Fluent French (mandatory).** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in requirements analysis, software pre-sales, functional consulting, or related fields. * Knowledge of **agile methodologies (Scrum)**. * Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. * Basic knowledge of programming languages. **Desired (not mandatory):** * Experience in writing IT business proposals. * Certification in agile methodologies (Scrum). **Personal Skills:** * Ability to work under pressure. * Self-taught mindset and research-oriented, to adapt to constant technological changes. * Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude towards clients. * Organizational skills, teamwork, management sense, and excellent communication. * Dynamism and proactivity. **We offer:** * **Rate: 120 USD per day.** * **Flexible schedule**, based on availability. * **International training.** * **Professional development opportunities.** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.6,500.00 per month Language: * Fluent French (Mandatory)
