Position Summary: We are seeking an Audiovisual Editor to create and finalize high-quality educational content, mastering advanced editing, After Effects, motion graphics, and AI integration. Our vision is to provide comprehensive language training that enables students to communicate confidently and successfully in any environment. **Are you ready to join the team transforming the future of our students?** The Audiovisual Editor is responsible for structuring, animating, and finalizing high-quality educational content for our English academy. **Their role extends beyond editing:** they must master advanced editing and design, use of After Effects, creation of motion graphics, and integration of assets generated by AI tools (images, clips, or visual elements illustrating content). They must combine **aesthetic judgment, technical proficiency, and execution speed** to deliver consistent and engaging products aligned with brand guidelines and pedagogical objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Editing corporate and promotional videos for social media and advertising campaigns (Ads). * Creation and animation of motion graphics (text, titles, transitions, and visual elements). * Adaptation of content to digital formats (vertical, square, and horizontal). * Basic color correction and audio editing. * Adherence to brand guidelines and delivery deadlines. * Coordinated work with the marketing and content team. **Requirements:** **Education:** Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Animation, or related fields. **Minimum experience:** 2 verifiable years in post-production and animation for educational, institutional, or advertising projects. * Advanced software proficiency: * o Adobe After Effects (advanced)o Adobe Premiere Proo Photoshop and Illustrator (intermediate or higher level)Desirable: DaVinci Resolve expertise for color grading and audio * Complementary knowledge: * o Visual content generation using AI.o Motion graphics, template design, and graphic styles.o Narrative editing applied to educational environments.o File management and remote workflow handling.Personal Competencies * Speed and efficiency under tight deadlines. * Autonomy and high organizational ability. * Aesthetic judgment and visual synthesis capability. * Initiative in solving creative and technical challenges. * Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Compensation:** S/ 2\.000\- S/2500 **Benefits:** \- Enrollment in Payroll (REMYPE Regime) from the first day of employment \- Full English scholarship \- Corporate discount on our English courses for family members \- Timely salary payments \- Career development path \- Project with strong regional projection (Latin America).
