Currently, we are looking to incorporate into our team the position of "Telephone Collections Advisor \- Active Portfolio \- Part Time" REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education. * 6 months or more of experience as a Telephone Collections Advisor. * 6 months or more of experience managing active portfolios, with delinquency up to 1 year. * User-level Office skills. COMPETENCIES: * Frustration tolerance. * Results-oriented. * Customer orientation. * Verbal fluency. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: * Conduct collection management. * Meet established indicators and goals. * Contact representatives by phone and inform them about the debt. * Provide detailed information to the representative regarding payment delays. * Establish payment commitments or agreements on outstanding debts. * Follow up on payment agreements.
