Job Summary: We are seeking an organized Human Resources Assistant with strong attention to detail to manage administrative processes within the department and propose improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage employment documentation and record payroll incidents. 2. Provide support in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding of personnel. 3. Positive work environment and continuous learning. We are looking for an organized HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT with high attention to detail, capable of managing the department’s administrative processes and proposing improvements. Main Responsibilities: Manage employment documentation (contracts, hires, terminations, and personnel files) Record and monitor payroll incidents (timesheets, vacations, etc.) Maintain updated and organized departmental files and propose improvements Provide support in recruitment and selection processes Assist in onboarding and offboarding of personnel (basic orientation and monitoring of hires and terminations) What profile are we looking for? Professional in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (MANDATORY) Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar administrative roles Ability to organize information, structure files, and improve processes (MANDATORY) Benefits: Formal employment under MYPE regime with all statutory benefits Market-competitive remuneration aligned with candidate’s experience.
