We are growing and looking to incorporate an Import Assistant who will provide key support to our importation and logistics departments. Profile: Final-year student or graduate in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 3 months of experience in import-related functions. Basic knowledge of import processes. Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills (tables, filters, basic formulas). Basic English proficiency. Availability to work on-site in Santa Anita. Positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Track shipments (ocean and air) from origin to warehouse arrival. Manage import documents: commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, certificates, and other customs requirements. Conduct Strategic Monitoring.
