On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking top talent for our team: **Night Shift Inventory Assistant** REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or similar positions. * Experience using ERP systems or inventory management software. * Basic knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, filters, formulas, lists). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Availability to work night shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct daily physical inventory counts. * Record inventory receipts, issuances, and adjustments in the system (ERP Dynamics 365). * Verify and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system inventory. * Prepare inventory reports and present findings regarding discrepancies or incidents. * Coordinate with Logistics, Quality, and Production departments for stock control. * Perform production reconciliation counts. * Execute logical movements for destruction processes. * Maintain up-to-date inventory database. * Support internal and external audits related to inventory. * Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
