




**Requirements:** Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related technical or university programs. Knowledge of ITIL v4 Foundation (certification not mandatory), operating systems, and microcomputer applications such as Microsoft 365, and equipment security. Knowledge of hardware and end-user support. Availability to work regular and flexible hours, 48 hours per week.
