We believe in teamwork and in jointly building an experience that leaves a lasting impression on every journey. **What do we require?** \-Technical or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields. \-Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar roles. \-Solid knowledge of hardware (PCs, servers, networking devices) and software (operating systems, applications, and network software). \-Proficiency in networking fundamentals, such as TCP/IP, DNS, network configuration, and connectivity troubleshooting. \-Knowledge of firewall, router, switch, and VPN configuration. \-Strong expertise in SQL Server Management Studio (Profiler) (mandatory). \-Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS). \-Proficiency with Jira Service Desk, remote support tools, and customer service. \-Experience in incident management, technical problem resolution, and data analysis. \-Ability to identify and report bugs in Android mobile applications. \-Residence in areas near the airport. **We offer:** \-Base salary of S/2000 plus a mobility bonus of S/200. \-Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. **Available schedule:** Afternoon shift: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** \-Provide technical support to internal and external users regarding hardware, software, and networking issues. \-Deliver application-level assistance: guidance, configuration, installation, reinstallation, and uninstallation, as well as diagnosis and resolution of incidents on Android-operated devices. \-Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, escalating cases to the development team when required. \-Organize, prioritize, and track technical support requests using the Jira ticket management system, ensuring user satisfaction and timely issue resolution. \-Collaborate in the implementation of new technological solutions. \-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including hardware and software installation, configuration, and updates. \-Execute database queries using SQL Server. \-Coordinate with other company departments to ensure operational continuity and prompt incident resolution.
