**Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Valid police background check and/or Certijoven. * Responsible, punctual, and with experience in production, warehouse, or similar areas (minimum 3 months). * Male candidates only, residing in areas adjacent to Puente Piedra, Carabayllo, Ventanilla, or Ancón. * Availability to work the following rotating schedule: one week on day shift (Mon–Fri, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sat, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and the next week on night shift (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), alternating weekly — Rest day: Sunday — 1-hour meal break. * Work location: 3 blocks from Av. Zapallal and opposite Aduni Academy. **Responsibilities:** * Fulfilling production area requirements. * Operating, loading, transporting, or performing any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor related to products, boxes, materials, and supplies across various plant activities. Training will be provided for each assigned task. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and official uniform. * Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll registration from Day 1 — MYPE regime. * Monthly salary: PEN 1,300 + overtime pay + night-shift pay + night-work bonus (monthly total exceeds PEN 1,450). * Weekly salary payments; overtime and night-shift hours paid in accordance with applicable law.
