Job Summary: We are seeking production operators for the metallurgical industrial sector, responsible for operating equipment, filling containers, and transporting materials, ensuring safety and efficiency. Job stability **Production Operator / Ventanilla – Callao.** We are looking for several production operators to join our team in the metallurgical industrial sector, located in Ventanilla – Callao. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed secondary education. Experience in production is preferred but not mandatory. Valid CUL (Certijoven or Certiadulto). Availability to work in Ventanilla \- Callao. Availability to work rotating shifts. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Proper and consistent use of PPE throughout the entire work shift. Compliance with safety, industrial hygiene, and internal regulations. Operation of feeders and concentrate hoppers. Filling bags and containers using appropriate tools. Loading and transporting materials weighing between 10 kg and 25 kg. Meeting production targets and requirements. Reporting incidents and observations to the immediate supervisor. Other duties related to the position and aimed at ensuring smooth operations. **WORK SCHEDULE** Rotating shifts: * 1st shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. * 2nd shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. * 3rd shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:45 a.m. **WE OFFER:** Full payroll registration from day one.
