This position guarantees operational continuity, compliance with procedures, appropriate staff allocation, and timely transmission of critical information to relevant departments. Key responsibilities * Supervise, coordinate, and control night-shift operations in accordance with internal standards. * Verify coverage of all operational positions and ensure staff perform their assigned duties. * Consolidate and submit operational information required by various departments within established timeframes. * Organize and assign staff according to workload and shift priorities. * Record and report incidents, updates, and shift outcomes to management. * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards. * Monitor processes and propose improvements to optimize resources and operational efficiency.
