We are currently seeking a TECHNICAL SERVICE ASSISTANT. · Purpose of the position: To carry out maintenance and/or repairs of electronic equipment entering the technical service area (equipment repair and customer advisory) by applying established and company-certified quality techniques and procedures to fulfill commitments agreed upon with the customer. · As a Technical Service Assistant, you will: Support the preparation of repair service quotations requested by customers. Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of customer equipment and issue technical reports. Verify work orders in the system and issue reports on work orders and service orders. Provide technical advisory support to customers regarding instrument handling. Carry out any other activities or tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. Comply with procedures, instructions, and records established in PROMECAL’s Integrated Management System. · What do you need to work with us? · Education: Graduate Technician in Industrial Electronics, Electronics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in diagnosis and repair of electronic equipment or similar. Knowledge: Component-level electronic board repair. Proficiency with measurement instruments: multimeter, clamp meter, earth resistance tester, megohmmeter, network analyzer, and oscilloscope. Proficiency with electronic tools such as soldering iron and heat gun. Knowledge of power electronics (variable frequency drives, voltage stabilizers, and UPS). · What do we offer at PROMELSA?
