





Efficiently manage customer communication through WhatsApp, providing personalized, prompt, and professional service to confirm pre-reservations, advance payments, and event follow-ups for the Restobar. Main responsibilities: 1. Immediate and courteous service: * Respond to incoming messages in real time during established working hours. * Maintain a professional, friendly tone consistent with the Restobar's brand identity. 2. Pre-reservation and payment management: * Provide clear information about available spaces (main hall, VIP boxes for 16 and 24 people, etc.). * Send quotations, reservation terms, and accepted payment methods (Yape, Plin, or bank transfer). * Accurately record customer details and confirm advance payments. 3. Sales closing and follow-up: * Apply persuasive sales techniques to secure reservations and maximize weekly occupancy. * Follow up with interested customers who have not confirmed their booking. 4. Internal coordination: * Inform operations and host teams about confirmed reservations. * Update the events calendar and report weekly capacity. 5. Control and reporting: * Keep a daily record of inquiries, closed sales, amounts collected, and observations. * Report incidents or suggestions to improve service and sales conversion. 6. Promotional communication: * Distribute automated messages, promotions, and campaigns (birthdays, holidays, month-end, etc.) according to the marketing plan. * Assist in drafting and updating quick replies for WhatsApp Business.
