





**Certification Assistant** **Location:** Nazca **Modality:** On-site **Area:** Certification **Job Description** We are looking for a **Certification Assistant** responsible for keeping area information up to date, organizing physical and digital files, and conducting inventory control. The selected candidate will provide logistical and administrative support to management, ensuring compliance with established procedures in management systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise internal processes related to the control of records in the Certification Area. * Review area documents, ensuring they are properly stamped and signed. * Conduct inventory checks in the Certification Area every three months. * Participate in internal audits of procedures, instructions, and records related to the integrated management system. * Support administrative and operational tasks assigned by management. **Essential Requirements** * Completed technical or university education. * Knowledge or courses in **GlobalG.A.P., food safety protocols, FSMA Law**, among others. * Minimum experience of **1 to 3 years in similar positions**. * Proficiency in Office suite, especially **Excel and Word**. **Desired Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work under quality procedures and standards. * Responsibility and proactivity. * Strong written communication and coordination skills across different areas. **Benefits** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Positive work environment.
