Carry out site control, administrative progress control, and overall supervision. **Functions:** * Coordinate, manage, plan, monitor, and control all activities comprising the project. * Lead and supervise all personnel assigned. * Verify attendance, punctuality of supervised personnel, and timekeeping. * Ensure and oversee the execution of project activities. * Provide relevant information to the CLIENT for continuous project improvement. * Prepare daily and/or weekly project progress reports. * Participate in meetings requested by the CLIENT. * Prepare and follow up on valuations. * Provide logistical support and/or procurement at the construction site. **Requirements:** 1\. Civil engineer required 2\. Construction Site Supervisor, Licensed Civil Engineer, registered and qualified, with 05 years of experience as a site resident and/or construction supervisor. 3\. Must demonstrate leadership and effective communication with subordinates, management, technical office, and client. 4\. Problem-solving skills. **ROADWORKS EXPERIENCE,** experience in the following areas will be considered: * Experience in manual excavations. * Experience in deep excavations. * Work involving shoring, benches, and slopes. * Experience in general civil construction works.
