JOB OPENING: PASTRY ASSISTANT FOR COUNTER La Dosis Dulce – Miraflores Branch At La Dosis Dulce, we are looking for a person passionate about pastry and customer service to fill the position of Pastry Assistant for Counter. Position: Counter Service / Pastry Assistant Rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday): Morning shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Afternoon shift: 2:45 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. Location: Miraflores (a few blocks from Kennedy Park) Schedule: 6 days per week Contract type: MYPE payroll – Microenterprise Main responsibilities: Preparing beverages (juices, milkshakes, teas, etc.) Correct portioning of desserts according to brand standards Decorating and plating desserts for display case and counter service Maintaining order and cleanliness of the counter area Inventory control and supply requisition Providing friendly and courteous customer service Essential requirements: Prior experience in cafés or pastry shops Knowledge of preparing cold and hot beverages Experience in portioning and decorating desserts Positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team Proactive and dynamic personality Availability to work rotating shifts. -Requirements- Minimum education: Technical 1 year of experience Keywords: assistant, auxiliary, helper, aide
