Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to perform quality controls on food products and ensure compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the food industry. 2. Monitoring of Critical Control Points (CCPs). 3. Support in Quality Department activities. **Agro-industrial company requires a QUALITY ASSISTANT** with experience in the food industry. **with the following profile**: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform quality controls on raw materials, inputs, in-process products, and finished products. * Monitor process controls and Critical Control Points (CCPs). * Supervise plant hygiene and sanitation conditions and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Verify compliance with finished product specifications (labeling, temperature, batch number, etc.). * Digitize and maintain up-to-date process control records to ensure traceability. * Provide support in other Quality Department activities assigned by management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree or technical diploma in Food Industry, Chemistry (or related fields). * Availability to work in Pachacamac (Manchay) \- * OBSERVATIONS: (Preferably reside in ATE, VILLA MARIA DEL TRIUNFO, VILLA EL SALVADOR, LURIN, PACHACAMAC, or LA MOLINA districts) * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Effective communication skills. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Power BI (desirable).
