**Chocolates Helena**, a leading company in the confectionery and premium chocolate industry, is looking for a **Sales Manager** to lead, plan, and control activities within the traditional channel, aiming to maximize coverage, sales, and product turnover in grocery stores, markets, and convenience stores. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement sales strategies for the traditional channel aligned with company objectives. * Set targets by region and monitor their achievement through field visits and report reviews. * Manage and strengthen the network of distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets. * Supervise proper execution of promotions, POP materials, and brand presence. * Coordinate with Production and Logistics to ensure product availability. * Monitor prices, promotions, and competitor activities. * Train, motivate, and evaluate the traditional sales team. * Analyze sales reports, coverage, route effectiveness, and product turnover. * Propose improvements in product assortment and packaging tailored to the traditional channel. * Lead the opening of new commercial areas and sales routes. **Job Profile** **Education:** Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable Specialization:** Sales Management, Distribution Channels, or Trade Marketing. **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years leading sales teams in the traditional channel. **Competencies:** * Empathy and communication skills. * Organization and planning. * Teamwork and leadership. * Problem-solving ability. **Technical Skills:** * Sales and negotiation techniques. * Distributor and route management. * Analysis of sales and market indicators. * Proficiency in CRM, geolocation, or routing tools. * Advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) knowledge.
