Currently, we are looking for: **STORE MANAGER – PIEERS TINGO MARIA.** **Requirements:** \- Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales, product promotion, and customer service. \- Passion and interest in fashion. \- Immediate availability and full-time commitment. \- Availability to work from store opening to closing, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Carry out store opening procedures. \- Lead the daily 10-minute team talk to communicate sales targets, objectives, promotions, and task assignments. \- Perform cash register reconciliation and deposit cash revenue. \- Record and submit reports on sequential documents and merchandise receipts. \- Generate the store's accounting documentation. \- Prepare daily sales reports. \- Support the implementation of visual guidelines to enhance customer engagement in the store. \- Train and evaluate new staff, reporting their performance to the supervisor. \- Ensure staff submits required documents to the HR department for contract processing. **Benefits:** \- Base salary \+ commissions \+ overtime pay (1400 \- 1500 soles), paid biweekly. \- Official payroll from day one. \- Corporate discounts on our brands. \- Constant training opportunities.
