Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to engage in construction, design, and project management, participating throughout the entire construction process. Key Highlights: 1. If you are passionate about seeing your ideas become reality and participating in the entire construction process, this opportunity is for you. **What will you do?** * Monitor and track **construction progress** * Coordinate **on-site logistics and resources** * Prepare and review **quantity takeoffs** * Resolve **on-site incidents** * Develop **architectural drawings (2D and 3D)** * Design residential projects (multi-family units, country houses, and/or beach houses) * Direct coordination with clients and technical teams * Supervise finishes and quality control * Support in overall project planning and management **What are we looking for?** * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or licensed Architect * Experience or knowledge in **construction and project execution** * Proficiency in quantity takeoffs * Proficiency in: * AutoCAD * Revit * SketchUp * Illustrator or other design software * (Mandatory) Specify the 3D modeling software used * Proactivity, technical judgment, and ability to resolve on-site problems * Interest in professional growth within the industry **What do we offer?** * Real opportunities for **professional growth** * End-to-end participation in projects * Excellent working environment * Continuous learning both on-site and in the office **Work Modality** * On-site – Surco (in front of Jockey Plaza) * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. **Application** Submit your **updated CV \+ portfolio** **Position Type:** Full-time / Contract-based *At Vanza, you don’t just design… you build and bring projects to life.* Position Type: Full-time, Contract-based Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Experience: * three: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
