Job Summary: We are seeking an Architectural Assistant with experience in projects, drafting construction drawings, license application procedures, and construction supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in drafting and coordination of construction drawings. 2. Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. 3. Willingness to travel within the country. We are looking for personnel to fill the position of Architectural Assistant (Bachelor's degree level), with experience in project execution, drafting and coordination of construction drawings, license application procedures, construction supervision, preparation of descriptive reports, technical specifications, and other duties related to the position. REQUIREMENTS: \- Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering. \- Advanced knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). \- Experience in preparing descriptive reports, technical specifications, and coordinating construction drawings. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience. \- Valid and up-to-date documentation: CV, National Identity Document (DNI), Police and Criminal Certificates. \- Residency in Santiago de Surco or nearby districts. \- Willingness to travel within the country. \- Immediate availability.
