Collaboration with construction site and administrative teams. **Civil Construction Payroll Clerk** A company in the **Real Estate and Construction** sector is seeking a **Civil Construction Payroll Clerk**, responsible for controlling and managing payroll for site personnel under the Civil Construction Labor Regime. **Requirements** * Technician or graduate in **Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience preparing **payrolls under the Civil Construction Labor Regime**. * Knowledge of the **Civil Construction Labor Regime**. * Experience in **attendance and task tracking for site personnel**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Familiarity with **T\-Registro and PLAME**. * Desirable experience in **building or civil works projects**. **Responsibilities** * Preparation and control of the **weekly payroll for civil construction workers**. * Registration and updating of workers in **T\-Registro**. * Preparation and filing of **PLAME**. * Control of **attendance, task logs, overtime hours, and labor benefits for site personnel**. * Coordination with **site supervisors and the administrative department** for personnel control. * Management of **labor documentation for site personnel**. * Support in administrative or labor-related requests concerning personnel. **Competencies** * Organizational and documentary order. * Responsibility and confidentiality in handling information. * Proactivity and ability to work in a team. * Ability to work under pressure. **Conditions** * Work location: Lima. * Work modality: On-site. * Formal employment under the applicable labor regime.
